Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.keystone-audit.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Keystone, operated by Keystone ("Keystone," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, purchasing an audit report, or otherwise using our services, you ("you," "your," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Keystone provides digital website audit reports for residential builders and related businesses (the "Services"). Each audit report is a custom digital deliverable that evaluates a client's website against Keystone's proprietary checklist and provides findings, scores, and recommendations (the "Report"). Reports are delivered electronically (for example, by PDF or a similar digital file) upon completion.

Keystone may offer both complimentary or preview-level reports and full paid audit reports. The scope of any specific engagement will be described at the time of purchase or order.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent in order to use our Services.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

When you order a Report, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including the website URL to be audited and your contact and payment details. Prices for our Services are as stated on the Site or as otherwise communicated to you at the time of purchase, and are subject to change at our discretion for future orders.

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe and/or Wix, and are subject to that processor's own terms and privacy practices.

4. DELIVERY OF REPORTS

Reports are custom-prepared digital products. We aim to deliver completed Reports within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of order. Because each Report requires manual research, analysis, and drafting by our team, work begins promptly after an order is placed. Once a Report has been delivered to you in completed form, the Service for that order is considered fully performed.

5. NATURE OF RECOMMENDATIONS; NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Reports reflect Keystone's professional opinion and assessment based on the information and website available to us at the time of the audit. Reports are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. Keystone does not guarantee any specific business outcome, including but not limited to increased leads, sales, conversions, search engine rankings, or revenue, as a result of implementing (or not implementing) any recommendation contained in a Report. You are solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on a Report.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, and all Reports produced by Keystone, including text, graphics, scoring methodology, templates, and design, are the property of Keystone or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your Report for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly publish, or repurpose a Report (or Keystone's methodology) for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: (a) use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems; (c) misrepresent your identity or the website ownership when ordering a Report; or (d) reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our audit methodology or scoring system.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Reports and the Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, website hosting platforms, analytics tools, or design examples). Keystone does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or tool referenced in a Report or on the Site.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, keystone and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services. In no event shall keystone's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the services exceed the amount you paid to keystone for the report giving rise to the claim.

11. REFUNDS

Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy, available at [Refund Policy URL], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of a Report.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Prepare, deliver, and support your website audit Report; process payments and manage orders; communicate with you about your order, including delivery updates and support requests; send you marketing communications about our Services, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time; improve and maintain the Site and our Services; and comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our payment processor (Stripe and/or Wix), website hosting/platform provider (Wix), email and customer relationship management tools, and cloud storage or file-sharing tools used to prepare and deliver Reports. These providers are only permitted to use your information as needed to provide services to us.

Legal and safety purposes, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or protect the safety of Keystone, our users, or the public.

Business transfers, if Keystone is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to deliver your Report, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies (including those provided by our website platform, Wix, and analytics tools) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all website audit reports and related digital products and services ("Reports") purchased from Keystone ("Keystone," "we," "us," or "our") through www.keystone-audit.com. Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Each Report is a custom, labor-intensive digital deliverable. Upon receiving an order, our team begins researching, auditing, scoring, and drafting a Report specific to the website you submit. Because of the time, expertise, and resources invested in preparing each Report, and because the product is a completed digital deliverable once it is sent to you, our refund options are limited as described below.

2. MAXIMUM REFUND AMOUNT

Due to the work performed in preparing your Report, and because the Report is fully completed and delivered to you, a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid may be refunded. Refunds are issued entirely at Keystone's sole discretion, and no refund is guaranteed.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your Report, please contact us at info@keystone-audit.com within 3 business days of delivery. Your request should include your order details and the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. We will review each request individually and respond within 3 business days.

4. FACTORS WE CONSIDER

When reviewing a refund request, we may consider factors such as: whether the Report was delivered in accordance with the scope described at the time of order; whether the website URL or information you provided at checkout was accurate and complete; and the nature of the concern raised. Approval of any refund, and the amount refunded (up to the 50% maximum described above), remains at Keystone's sole discretion.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Except as described above, the following are generally not eligible for a refund: change of mind after a Report has been delivered; dissatisfaction with recommendations that were accurately based on the information and website available to us at the time of the audit; failure to achieve a particular business result after implementing (or not implementing) recommendations in a Report, since Keystone does not guarantee specific outcomes; and requests made after the timeframe stated in Section 3.

6. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

7. CHARGEBACKS

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, so that we have the opportunity to resolve your concern. Initiating a chargeback for a Report that has been delivered as described may affect your ability to order future Services from Keystone.
